Reveries on reverence
Welcome to Reverence in Motion!
I am a first generation Italian, grown in Massachusetts and living in California. Reverence in motion are my reflections in the spirit of living with reverence. Inspired by my many teachers, and my lived experience, I will explore the intersection of spirituality, movement, business, life practices and life transitions.
I am a former communications and marketing executive, with a deep drive to do, produce and succeed, and a deeper desire to untangle that to live a full, inspired life. Currently, I run my own consultancy advising business leaders to refine their strategy, strengthen operations, and build organizations that are positioned for sustainable growth.
Here, I will write about living this life. Between professional and personal endeavors, successes and defeats and everything in between. I’m a mother, sister, daughter, aunt, cousin, niece, friend, best friend.
I am passionate about movement as a pathway to living well, and healing - and a practitioner of many systems: classical and contemporary pilates, yoga, meditation, Insight, The Class and many more.
